Information we handle
Extension Crate does not currently offer website accounts, advertising, or behavioral analytics.
- If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include.
- If you use a support form, it may send the name, email address, phone number, and message you enter for support follow-up.
- Operational booking-access services hosted on this backend may process an account email, payment and entitlement state, schedule identifier, appointment date, time and location, and a minimal confirmation path or reference. Passwords, session cookies, complete confirmation HTML, and card details are not sent to Extension Crate.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard request data such as IP address, device or browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
- At checkout, Paddle processes payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. Extension Crate will not receive full payment-card details.
How information is used
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Respond to product, purchasing, privacy, and support questions.
- Complete purchases and maintain necessary transaction records.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse or fraud.
Retention
Email, support, and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected, legitimate business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Infrastructure logs follow the relevant provider's retention practices.
