By installing or using Form Rescue, you agree to these terms and the Form Rescue Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
The service
Form Rescue is a local browser productivity tool that can save supported form drafts, keep local versions, and help you restore text. It is not a cloud backup service and does not guarantee that every website, editor, frame, field, or draft will be captured or restored.
License
Subject to these terms, ExtensionCrate grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Form Rescue for lawful personal or business purposes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing which websites Form Rescue may access, reviewing a draft before restoring it, keeping exports and vault passwords secure, maintaining independent copies of critical content, and complying with applicable law and website terms.
Do not use Form Rescue to collect information you are not authorized to access, interfere with websites, evade access controls, or violate another person's rights.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what the extension handles, how local storage works, sensitive-field exclusions, and your controls.
Availability and updates
Features can change, be corrected, or be discontinued. Chrome, websites, and web editors also change and can affect compatibility. An update may be required to continue using the extension.
Third-party websites
Form Rescue operates on websites you choose, but ExtensionCrate does not control or endorse those websites. Their content, availability, security, and terms are their responsibility.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form Rescue is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or recovery of any specific draft. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtensionCrate and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, content, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from Form Rescue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Form Rescue at any time by removing it from Chrome. We may end or restrict availability when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the extension or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
