For recording issues, include your Chrome version, operating system, RecEase version, selected source, quality profile, recording mode, and the exact error message.

Mention whether microphone, camera, or source audio was enabled and whether the issue affects tab, window, or whole-screen capture. Never send a private recording unless you intentionally choose to share it.

RecEase is completely free and has no purchase, subscription, sign-in, entitlement, or account-restoration support flow.
