Independent service

The extension is independent software from ExtensionCrate. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. government, any embassy or consulate, or the AIS portal.

License and price

A $10 USD one-time purchase grants the purchasing AIS email a personal, non-transferable lifetime license to use the extension while the service remains available and these terms are followed. “Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of this product, not a guarantee of perpetual AIS compatibility.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to use the AIS account, provide accurate settings, comply with AIS and applicable rules, protect access to your Chrome profile, and review appointment details before relying on them. Do not use the extension to abuse, overload, bypass, or interfere with AIS systems.

No guarantees

Appointment availability can change without notice. Automation may fail because of AIS changes, maintenance, rate limits, authentication, browser behavior, or network conditions. We do not guarantee a booking, appointment availability, visa eligibility, approval, processing time, or any visa outcome.

Suspension and payment reversals

We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or material violation. Approved refunds, credits, and chargebacks revoke paid access. Revoked accounts must contact support before another purchase attempt.
